I can remember eating myself stuffed every time my mother whipped up (or had Jason and I whip up) a cast iron skillet of this goulash. This is a meal rich in fiber.
Ingredients
| 1lb | ground beef |
| 1 lg can | pork and beans |
| 1 lg can | creamed corn |
| ketchup, salt and pepper to taste | |
Directions
1. Brown the ground beef in skillet.
2. Once the beef is browned add both the beans and corn at once.
3. Heat thoroughly.
